Refund Policy
At Apis & Flos, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and natural ingredients. Because of the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at apisandflos@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
